Install instructions

Windowsの設定で開発者の中にあるターミナルの項目を「Windowsコンソールホスト」に変更して起動してください。正常に動作しない場合があります。

Change the “Developer Terminal” item to “Windows Console Host” in the Windows settings and start it up. It may not work properly.
